Yard House, a national brewery and restaurant chain, is slated to open a new location at Palladio in Folsom in December 2025, according to a Palladio management press release reported by Folsom Times. The addition is part of ongoing expansion at the outdoor lifestyle center, which is also welcoming LOFT apparel, DeVons Fine Jewelers, and other retailers through early 2026.

The Yard House opening represents the latest phase of growth at Palladio at Broadstone, located at 410 Palladio Parkway in Folsom. The lifestyle shopping center currently hosts approximately 91 businesses at the broader property address of 2901 East Bidwell Street, according to local business directory records.

"We are excited to welcome these new tenants that enhance Palladio's appeal as a regional destination for shopping, dining, hospitality and entertainment," Chris McSwain, General Manager of Palladio, told Folsom Times.

LOFT, a national women's apparel retailer under the Ann Taylor brand, is expected to open a store at Palladio in November 2025, as announced by Palladio management. The new LOFT store will occupy 5,003 square feet and will be located near the White House Black Market store in the center.

DeVons Fine Jewelers, a Sacramento-founded jewelry retailer established in 1929, has signed a lease for a new store at Palladio that is scheduled to open in February 2026. The DeVons location will occupy 3,404 square feet next to the existing Patrick James store. Palladio's official social media account, Go Palladio on Instagram, has publicly announced DeVons Jewelers as "coming soon" to the center.

The expansion follows several recent openings at the center. The AC Hotel by Marriott at Palladio officially opened on June 10 at 510 Palladio Parkway, adding an 85,473-square-foot hotel to the center. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has opened at 250 Palladio Parkway, Suite 1335, in a 1,426-square-foot space offering handcrafted confectionery items.

DeVons Jewelers has already opened a 3,404-square-foot store at 350 Palladio Parkway, Suite 1913, continuing the Sacramento-based family jewelry business at the Folsom center. The Folsom Times reported that Palladio is expanding with four new tenants: AC Hotel by Marriott, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, DeVons Jewelers, and Grounded, a new retail concept.

"The addition of the AC Hotel by Marriott and new specialty retailers reflects the strong demand we're seeing from both customers and businesses for a dynamic mixed-use environment at Palladio," McSwain told Folsom Times.

The wave of new retailers and dining options at Palladio provides Folsom residents with expanded shopping and entertainment choices at the regional retail hub in eastern Sacramento County. The additions come as the center continues to position itself as a mixed-use destination combining retail, dining, hospitality, and entertainment in an outdoor lifestyle format.

For homeowners and prospective buyers in Folsom, the continued expansion of Palladio represents growing commercial amenities in the area. The addition of national brands alongside local businesses reflects ongoing investment in the retail infrastructure serving the eastern Sacramento County community through 2026.
