1. Overview

AgentMedia (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the platform at agentmediaco.com (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using AgentMedia you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Profile & preferences. During onboarding you may provide your real estate market, target city or zip codes, and content preferences. This data is used solely to personalise your experience.

Subscription data. We store your plan tier and subscription status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Content you create. Articles, social posts, and other content you draft or publish through the platform are stored in your account so you can access them later.

Usage data. We log standard server-side events (page visits, feature usage, error logs) to operate and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies & sessions. We use a single session cookie managed by NextAuth.js to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Lead and inquiry information (collected on behalf of agents). Agents using AgentMedia publish a public site that may include a contact or lead form. When a visitor voluntarily submits that form, we collect the contact details they provide — typically name and email — solely to deliver that inquiry to the agent and, where the agent has connected one, to the agent’s email or newsletter provider. This information is collected on behalf of the publishing agent, who controls it and is responsible for how it is used. We do not use lead information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to any third party. A visitor may request access to or deletion of their submitted information by contacting us at Admin@AgentMediaCo.com or the publishing agent directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
• To generate AI-powered content tailored to your market using your preferences.
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts) through Resend.
• To monitor platform health, fix bugs, and improve features.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

We share information only with the sub-processors required to operate the Service:

5. Data We Do Not Sell

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own commercial or marketing purposes, ever.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our database is hosted on Neon with encrypted storage and network isolation. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard controls and promptly investigate any suspected breach.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information via Account Settings.
• Delete your account and associated data by emailing us.
• Export your content (articles and social posts) at any time.

If you submitted your information through an agent’s lead or contact form, you may request access to or deletion of that information by emailing us at the address above, or by contacting the publishing agent directly.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults operating professional real estate businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
